Shipping
If we are not running a FREE SHIPPING campaign, the shipping fee is €4.00 to anywhere in Europe.

Rest of the world: + €15 will be added

Please note, that in case of delivery outside the EU you are obliged to bear the customs duties and further costs incurred. We are not responsible for knowing the customs policies of other countries than Denmark. If you have any questions in regards to the customs regulations in your specific country, please contact your local customs office. If you are shopping from United Kingdom or Norway, then all prices are final and there will be no further VAT or customs charges added later.


Delivery time

Jewelry:
Within the EU: 1-5 business days

Delivery time during sale can be 10 - 12 days

All the listed product prices, delivery costs and other costs include danish taxes and value-added taxes.

When ordering a “CoolCats – canvas or posterprint, the estimated production time is 1-4 business days + shipping 1-3 business days.

In transit
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control such as if a package is lost by one of our carriers. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

We do all we can to protect your products during transit. However, should any damage have occurred before you receive the products, please contact our customer service to arrange a replacement of the damaged pieces.

If the products have been damaged during transit, please return the jewellery and we will exchange the damaged pieces.

Please note that the risk of loss of or damage to the products passes to you after delivery. If the package appears to be damaged or ripped open, you should refuse to receive the products.
If you wish to complain about any lack of conformity, you are required to give notice to us.


If you do not pick up your parcel
If the package is not picked up and any kind of fee is added, you are responsible for the extra cost and will be charged all costs and expenses associated with the return shipment. This includes freight charges, any extra payments, duties, taxes, levies, fees for Link Logistics a/s prepayments, return charges, any additional fees, etc.
