When you shop at circleofc.com you need to provide information to enable us to process your order. You will be asked to provide:

• Name
• Telephone number
• Email address
• Payment card information
• Delivery address

We use SSL (secure socket layer) when we transfer data. For security reasons, we do not store your payment information in our database.

What we use your personal data for:

Processing your order. We use your data to draw the purchase amount from your card, to send you an order confirmation, to send you an email to notify you that the product has been sent and to complete the delivery.

Customer service/complaints. If you have a complaint or request redelivery, we need your contact information to register your request and to solve the problem or carry out a redelivery.

Marketing. We use your data to send you newsletters by email, but only if you have given your consent to receiving the newsletters.

Who gets access to your data:

To carry out the delivery, we provide your name, address and telephone number to our couriers.

In addition, we use third parties to store and process data (our web provider) to process your order and comply with the law. These may process information solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

Circle Of C does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties. 

You are always entitled to request information about what data we have registered about you and to object to the registration. If the data is incomplete, irrelevant or wrong, you have the right to have them altered or deleted. These rights are defined in the Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data. Under the Danish Bookkeeping Act, however, we are legally required to store your purchasing information for five years.
